Depending on the creative approach of the perfumer usually the perfume composition is made up of 3 parts.
Its structure is similar to a pyramid and is also called a pyramid of evaporation , in this way the different ingredients have a evaporation speed.
Peak - this is the first perception for smell when opening the bottle. It consists of readily volatile components and constitutes about 25%-30% of the perfume composition.
The middle or the modifiers - the transitional ingredients towards the top and towards the base, modify, connote the scent and constitutes about 20%-25% of the perfume composition.
Base - it is the holder of the main scent , it defines the main character of the composition , which radiation will remain the longest time. It involves the most difficult volatile substances and constitutes about 50%-55% of the perfume composition.
